In 2023, I founded Strong Towns Santa Barbara. Since then, its grown to over 400 members. We’ve written dozens of public comment, attended community outreach meetings, met with developers, met with city and county staff, written local articles, been interviewed by the local press, and are considered key stakeholders by the city.
We advocate for safe streets, increased bike and pedestrian infrastructure, improved transit service, zoning reform, and a car-free main street!
