As part of my Cal Poly master’s program, my class partnered with the City of Morro Bay to create an updated Climate Action Plan (CAP).
This work included evaluating the success and shortcomings of the 2014 CAP, creating an existing conditions report, planning and conducting public outreach meetings, writing a new CAP, and presenting it at a Planning Commission Meeting.
The class worked as a team on all of these tasks, but I specifically wrote the chapter on ebike share feasibility and effects.
